Mr. Olson does a great job adding to the core material of the book. This book covers a lot of foundational material of Embryonic Breathing. This practice is the core and foundation for many sects and practices such as Mo Pai, Long Men Pai, marrow washing, and internal boxing arts.
This is an exceptional writing offering rare insight into immortality practices, which are rarely explained, and virtually never written of in unveiled language. It a wonderful teaching, is an important teaching for any student of inner development. I would respectfully suggest that the practice of the embryonic breathing technique be done under the guidance of a qualified teacher..
